Thank God Utopian.io did this! I always looked at the development category and thought "these are not nearly enough rewards." Hopefully this will attract more talent to open-source projects, especially since I am attempting to lead one.

For all my open-source steem developers, I have a very important question I need answered. I am working on a steem application which I believe could be major for the Steem community called @Slangtionary. Do you believe Ruby on Rails is a sound web framework for development on steem right now or is it better to use a different language entirely. I know @inertia is developing radiator(https://github.com/inertia186/radiator), but do most developers have interest developing in Ruby/Ruby on Rails?
