Here are some suggestions for you:

Try to speak more deliberately and clearly as you create the tutorial.
If possible, put some pauses in between to lay out the different steps clearly. In that way, people can follow the steps without guessing.
Try to use arrows or boxes to help people focus on the specifics that you are teaching them. This will help people to follow your points more dynamically.
