I don’t have a lot of practice with homeoprophylaxis except right during an epidemic (as Samuel Hahnemann did) but I gather there’s an accumulating body of proof for it. Isaac Golden, I think, has done a fair bit of work on it in the USA.
I’d love to see more evidence for it.
