Thanks vegan just means made with zero animal products, I'm not vegan but I think we consume way to much meat and like to limit my intake and eat more vegetables :)
veggie burgers often use egg to help bind it.. so vegan burgers are that bit harder to get right!
unless you use agar agar, that help bind them together pretty good.
Yer that is right, these seemed to stay together quite well I was worried they would just fall apart. :)
