definitely going to try this!! Thank you! Yum! I have been eating "bacon and egg mcmuffins" the last few weeks with tofu as the white and a turmeric, flour, black salt mix as the yolk. Its good. but have been keen to try one of those vegan egg products... just havent gone to get any!
I haven't tried any of the new packaged scrambled egg powders or the new Just Scramble yet, but I would imagine they're probably somewhat similar to this. The only difference is how cheap it is to make yourself.
And now you're making me crave "bacon & egg muffins"!
