This truck bringing a lot of money, in Venezuela there is a lot. It is an armored truck, it means that it is safe to transport cash and some values. When an armored truck arrives in Venezuela, people can not enter the bank and must keep a considerable distance, that is for the safety of the clients in case some theft happens.
We have them in Belgium too, but they don't look as cool as this one though! ;-)
