I Try to Stay Calm
People often reveal their true colors when their purpose is fulfilled. Selfishness quietly guides many choices: people stay close while they need you, offer help that benefits them, and vanish once the goal is reached.
This transactional behavior strips relationships of trust and leaves others feeling used and small. Recognizing these patterns helps protect your boundaries and choose allies wisely.
I tried to stay calm rather than showing anger but then I set limits, step back, and invest in those whose loyalty shows consistently. I personally prioritize mutual respect attracts genuine connections and discourages those who change colors once the favor is done.
Has it become order of the day?
