I have never seen such rain neither! Poor Laska!! Dogs are so sensitive to these noises.
I think it's very usual in third world countries that they don't have recycling programs.

This type of rain happens once a while here. Not so constant but there are days the wind blow so strong amidst rain, so much you get scared something bad might happen. As much as i love rain, i don't fancy the windy, chaos and havoc wrecking rain. Mexico is special, hahahaha they have that kind of rain commonly.

Recycling is probably one of those things with immense regional variation. You don’t have small “bottle banks” next to some convenience stores..? Cities way smaller than Guadalajara have them.
