Hello friends, I hope you are all well. For the fourth week of the Steemit Challenge contest, I will be sharing visit to a Street Food Corner. I would like to thank the organizers of this challenge, and without further delay, I am starting my participation.

Which street food did you feature in your video vlog and what made it special or attractive to you?
The street food stall that I am featuring in my video vlog is named Niribili Cafe. Its proprietor is Mahfuzur Rahman. This street food stall is located right by the sea. Usually, it is kept open every day, but the highest sales occur on holidays because the crowd of tourists visiting the beach is much larger compared to other times.
This stall is situated on the sea beach of the Kumira area. Delicious fried items, ice cream, and seafood are available here. The taste of the food here is very good, which I have tasted myself. To me, their idea of setting up the stall right on the seashore felt very special. Actually, a business should be well-planned, as that is what makes it possible to keep the business running successfully.

Did you experience any funny, surprising, or memorable moments while recording your street food vlog? Briefly describe them.
I have a memorable moment from when I was making my street food vlog. The owner of the stall works himself to prepare the food, and alongside him, 2-3 other people are working there to help. The best part here is that right after ordering the food, it is prepared and served immediately, so you can enjoy it piping hot.
While preparing the food—specifically the items I ordered—the brother working there was making it and I was vlogging. At that moment, he noticed my camera and realized that I was video recording the food. He then kept the food items there for a few more seconds so that I could record it; otherwise, he could have delivered the food right then if he wanted to.

How did the atmosphere of the street food area, the vendors, and the visitors make your vlogging experience more enjoyable?
The location of the street and the surrounding environment made my vlogging experience much more enjoyable. Honestly, when a food stall like this is set up right on the seashore, the experience of enjoying food while watching the surrounding sea environment is just extraordinary. Quite a few seafood items, such as fried marine fish and crabs, are available here.

I noticed many customers ordering seafood, taking it on plates, and going right next to the high tide of the sea to enjoy it. When the surrounding environment is so mesmerizing, having this kind of seafood right at hand is a wonderful thing. I tried to capture the surrounding environment, which looks quite beautiful and enjoyable.

Which street food item or food stall would you recommend others to try and why?
I would recommend others to try the seafood from this street food stall. We usually see street food anywhere, but even if other common fried items are available there, seafood is not. Seafood is truly very delicious; its taste is somewhat different from other foods, which can be understood only by tasting it.
The price of seafood is also a bit higher compared to other items, but the taste obtained from it is incomparable. In most stalls here, shrimp and crabs are available, but apart from these, there are quite a few other seafood options, each having a unique taste and being delicious to eat. Therefore, I will recommend the seafood of this stall to others.
