Stolen Recovery Jaguar LS Found In Apartment

In my line of work, I'm picking up stolen cars everyday. It seems like the criminals drop cars in the same apartments around the city. I wonder at times why the cops just don't set up something in these locations to catch them in the act but I guess that's too much like right. Anyway as long as they keep stealing cars, I will forever have a job so I'm grateful
