#Blog 2: Having a baby is not your disadvantage point, ok?

Recently, I really want to tell this sentence to my boss who is treating me very bad after my maternity leave.
Being a mom will make you be more patient, more altruistic and make you know how to arrange your work, your schedule, your housework to be suitable. So why does everybody think a mom who has a under 12 months baby will not complete the work well?
Before I gave a birth, my director would tell me that only recruit a person who will work temporarily during 6 months. And when I return the company, he will arrange a work which is suitable for me and will have treating regime for me. But just only his nonsenses words, when I return the work, he and his wife told me that at the moment, have no any position for me and want me to leave the company although this time is the end of the year and near the Lunar New Year. It's very difficult to find another job. In addition, I'm a mom who have newborn baby so I can't find any good job because almost companies in Vietnam don't want to recruit a mom.
Although I've worked in this company nearly 3 years, they almost want to throw my effort and contribution. When I know they want me to leave, I was disappoint and so sad. But now I think it's time I need to leave after 3 years.
I still work in this company until this Lunar New Year and I'm find a new job which is suitable for me ^^.
