On October 16th, a grand event that gathered more than a dozen well-known domestic media was held in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Representatives from media such as "Global Times" and "China Automotive News" were invited to enter the VREMT Quzhou Extreme Electric Three Electric Smart Manufacturing Factory, to witness a technological feast about new energy intelligent manufacturing together. This Media Day not only marked the debut of VREMT's digital exhibition hall in Quzhou factory, but also provided an opportunity to deeply showcase VREMT's new achievements in the core components of new energy vehicles.

Digital Exhibition Hall: The Charm of Technology Within Reach
Stepping into VREMT's Quzhou Extreme Electric multifunctional exhibition hall, a journey of exploration into the future of energy officially began. Under the guidance of Zhang Tianci, the Deputy General Manager of Quzhou Extreme Electric and General Manager of VREMT's Battery Business Division, the media reporters were led to the core product exhibition area of VREMT. Here, VREMT's "Three Electric" products—power batteries, electric drive systems, and charging networks, as well as the full view of the intelligent power battery factory, were collectively displayed.
The digital exhibition hall vividly presented VREMT's innovative concepts and technical strength through high-tech display methods. General Manager Zhang Tianci detailed, "VREMT always insists on full-domain self-research and production, from battery cells to battery packs, and then to electric drive systems, committed to building a complete, efficient, and sustainable new energy ecosystem." In the exhibition hall, not only VREMT's latest generation of high-performance power batteries were on display, but visitors could also experience the convenience and efficiency of the intelligent charging network from VREMT's electric drive factory firsthand.

Three Major Factories: Unveiling the Secret of Being "One Step Ahead"
If the digital exhibition hall is the window to VREMT's technological charm, then the battery cell factory, power battery factory, and EV battery factory are the core of its intelligent manufacturing strength. In the battery cell factory, reporters witnessed a 100% automated production line under CMMM Level 4 certification. Here, a battery cell is produced every 2.5 seconds on average, demonstrating VREMT's speed and precision in cell manufacturing.
VREMT's achievements on the production line of the EV battery factory are also outstanding, with its intelligent system able to track production data in real-time, ensuring each battery pack reaches optimum quality. The speed of producing a battery pack every 45 seconds not only highlights VREMT's leading position in the field of power battery manufacturing but also provides a solid guarantee for the rapid popularization of new energy vehicles.
The VREMT Electric Drive Factory was another highlight of this visit. Here, VREMT showcased its 800V four-motor system, which, with its exquisite craftsmanship and outstanding performance, won the media reporters' acclaim. The speed of producing an electric drive assembly every 86 seconds once again proved VREMT's strong manufacturing capability in electric drive systems.

After the visit, leaders and engineers from VREMT's Quzhou Extreme Electric Factory and the visiting media had an in-depth sharing session. At the meeting, General Manager Zhang Tianci shared the development history, technological innovation, and product application of VREMT's factory.
