The rich and filling dish also introduces a variety of fresh ingredients and flavours that compliment each other with the slight spice provided by the Balinese peanut sauce. The uniquely crunchy and non-greasy tofu adds a wonderful texture, with a refreshing garnish of fresh avocado and cilantro to provide a lightness to the dish. Wonderful for lunch or dinner.
