THE DEFINITION OF STRESS
When it feels like the demands placed on you—such as job, education or relationships—superceed your ability to adjust or cope.

Today, make a 'stress list' to regain some control because stress is not good for your health.
On the left side, list the demands placed on you. On the right, write what you have or can do to cope or postpone those demands.

If there are gaps (high demands, low ability to cope), ask yourself: What have I actually accomplish today? Do what you can with what you have and live a stress free life.
