LETTER TO A SUCCESSFUL STEEMIAN: YOUR INDIFFERENCE TO THE CAUSE OF STRUGGLING STEEMIANS IS NOT HELPING THE BLOCKCHAIN
Dear successful Steemian,
Let me start this letter by congratulating you for being so successful in this arduous scheme that everyone is trying to gain a firm foothold in. That you were able to successfully established yourself here as one of the few recognizable steemians who are adjudged to be successful, is a historic feat that's worthy of respect and global recognition. For this reason, I congratulate you yet again. Indeed, it isn't easy; not at all.
By definition, the phrase "successful steemian" as used here is not only meant to refer to whales, orcas, top dolphins or top minnows but to every steemian out there who earns at least between $20 — $30 per post. I am sure payouts that fall within this range are not earned through the curation activities of steemians of no appreciable Steem Power. To have earned that, you must have gotten trusted big followers who wouldn't mind extending their love for you to any other person you endorsed by way of resteeming his post.***
I am writing this letter to you because I feel greatly concerned about the level of your indifference to the cause of struggling Steemians with good contents.
I read your articles; hundreds of them, where you made compelling positive cases for steem blockchain and positive projections for steem price in no distant future, calling for serious onboarding of new members in order to increase use cases of steem cryptocurrency. Yet you would turn around to sabotage everything by maintaining your voting power at over 95% while thousands of posts are left uncurated. The other day, you effectively maintained your voting power at 98%; yet on that same day, you churned out more than 10 posts, earning $100+ apiece within 24 hours. O successful steemian, how truly sincere are you?
I read your numerous posts where you preached about ways to come up with good contents. You didn't end there, you went on to exhaustively deal with importance of commenting, targeted tagging, how to attract people to oneself, benefits of resteeming good posts, among others. Yet week in week out, you neither resteem other people's posts nor reply or upvote comments on your posts. You maintained straight face, churning out new articles every minute, every hour, without replying previous comments. O dear successful steemian, how truly sincere are you?
Hundreds of thousands of steem power are lying idle in your account. Weeks in weeks out, you don't come online let alone curating worthy posts nor give a trusted buddie your posting key to help encourage community growth nor lease out some part of your steem power by delegating to one of many communities where hardworking steemians rarely earn above $1. You would rather use SteemAuto to engage in cycle-voting your friends and crannies even when their contents are of substandard quality. Where is your love for steem blockchain, O successful steemian?
Know that success is meaningless when you have thousands of impoverished neighbours. Is it logically justifiable that you are making 20,000SBD in a week while there are thousands of steemians who have put in the same amount of efforts but don't make 5SBD in a week?
Why can't we jointly make here a true ecosystem by resteeming good posts, supporting worthy projects, delegating steem power, etc. The amount of SBD you accumulate week in week out is not a true measure of success, to a Godly heart. True success is measured by how far reaching is its positive influence. How many posts with exemplary contents have you been able to curate daily? How many good posts have you been able to resteem per anyone post you make?
Don't you think supporting the community will have positive impact on the price of steem and indirectly enriching you, dear senior steemian? When people earn, they will be inspired to go to streets and preach the gospel with more seriousness. Prospective bloggers and investors alike would come and join the fray, deriving up demands for steem which would ultimately increase the price of steem the more to the benefits of all of us.
The above stated facts have been of great concern to me for a long time now. And I am happy that finally I have been able to bring them to your knowledge in the most respectable manner. I strongly do hope you will find good enough reasons to address the issues as they affect you.
Thanks and God bless you.
Yours truly,
@eurogee

You said it all , quality content should be the main concern in the steem block chain and not being bais and one sided ..thanks for this post ..
Yes. That's the core thing
Well said!!
There is great potential in this platform to reward all hardworking folks sharing great content, and it would be amazing to see Steemit live and love up to this potential!!
If successful Steemians would see so
God bless you @eurogee, you just spoke my mind. only few of the very successful people are really active. the function of steem power is to to keep it for fancy, you can do a lot with it, you can help a lot of minnows grow too. thanks @eurogee for pointing this out. this is exatly why I advicate for witnesses like @dobartim and @eurogee , these individuals have every one at heart.
Thanks for your nice words.
This is a worthy letter to be resteemed, as it speaks to both the successful steamian and same time gives hope to the struggling steamian that his plight is noticed by another succesful steamian as u sir. Thank you for penning down the heart of many struggling steemians
Welcome. God bless you
Amen
Lovely post @eurogee i love your write up what are the senior steemians doing for the younger ones here you make up to 200 sbd in a month but what are u doing to the younger steemit with your post and steem power please help we young steemians
First time someone who is high up on the steemitivity will hit the nail on the skull. You see its so unfortunate that dangerous politics is now a common thing on Steemit where quality content from unknown steemians is bypassed for substandard flimsy post of friends of friends for curation. I've seen it happened a lot of time I've talked about it in different groups and have stopped talking about it, I know someday the struggling steemians will eventually find their way up but will never forget those who helped them with a little vote here and there.
I remember the first time @eurogee voted my post I had to come and thank you privately on discord but you told me its nothing. To me it was something because we joined and found no encouragement at all. But all will eventually be well
Nice write up
There is politics at every sphere of life. But it's quite unfortunate it is happening here and no one is saying anything! Thanks for reading boss
I'm simply speechless.
To whom it may concern, I hope you heed and make positive changes
Tell them my dear
Word!!
Even some of these platforms that promise upvotes when you post through them is not faithful. I was going through one of the platforms here on steemit(won't mention the name), i went through a steemian's blog that posts high quality contents daily on the platform but he never received upvotes from the platform, but a dolphin posted a poor content and received $200+ upvote from the platform. You hardly see quality contents on the trending page..
Yes @nmalove. They are all complicit on the charade
You said it all boss,i hope they make amend.
I wrote a letter today and your name is on it,u might want to check it out,the recent post on my blog
I will my dear. Have not had time throughout today
Humm..
And you hit the nail right on the head!
Yes indeed, thanks
