打出双黄蛋

做饭想煎个韭菜鸡蛋饼，从冰箱里拿出几个鸡蛋。其中有一个格外地大，按照以往得经验，怀疑是这一个双黄蛋。一打，果然是一颗双黄蛋啊！遗憾的就是蛋黄有点小。

I wanted to make a leek and egg pancake, so I took a few eggs from the fridge. One of them was exceptionally large, and based on past experience, I suspected it was a double-yolk egg. When I cracked it open, sure enough, it was! The only slight disappointment was that the yolks were a bit small.
