To me the smoked flavour of The Islay and northern whiskeys like Talisker and Highland Park are the best. My brother says it tastes like biting in a fishing-boat.

    haha, biting in a fishing-boat is a great description! It sure beats the "chewing on a cigar" like some of the Octomore's lol. The Highland Park 18 is exceptionally smooth and balanced.
