Made significant changes to simple-steem-docker
I've made quite a lot of changes (refactor/bug fixes etc) to simple-steem-docker which is a Docker Steem Witness Node Utility.
This utility script helps manage a Steem witness node using Docker. You can start, stop, restart, force kill, debug, print configuration, check status, and view logs of the witness node container with simple commands.
Added:
- kill

- logs [nums=50|all]
- test
- debug
And code refactoring/improvements - with the help of ChatGPT :)
