[Notice] Added zzan.witnesses backup node!!

Hello ladies and gentlemen!
This is @zzan.witnesses, who loves Steem.

As you know, Hive was launched, and many witnesses left Steem.
This is very unfortunate, but it's not easy to convince people who are already gone. So I'll just let them go.

Hive forfeited other people's assets and was built on them.
In other words, they forcibly attributed the volume of goods owned by the foundation and the assets of those who were uncooperative to their own assets.

The story gets to the point, and we're very nervous about the current system because many witnesses have left Steem.
So the zzan.witnesses team decided to add a witness node. (backup node)

It is located in Finland
And it's a very stable place where many steem nodes are used.
We've signed a new contract there, and now we're running a normal backup.

Of course, there have been some mistakes in the meantime, but I don't think it's critical issue. I've identified the problem, and we've solved it.

In the future, problems may continue to arise, but I think how to solve them is very important.

I think that's how we can sustain this steem that we love.
