When I vote for a witness I do it like voting spree, from the top to 30th rank. Is that correct to cast a vote for a witness?
just vote the people you think will do a good job. Top 30 doesn't necessarily mean they are any better than bottom 100. You gotta search them out and see what benefit they provide the community.
