Ideal comfort.
Ideal comfort.
Everyone strives for what's called comfort, but no one knows how to achieve it.
You can argue with me, but comfort is always too little, or it's very short-lived, because once we achieve something comfortable, we want to improve it over time.
For example, take park improvements.
People are comfortable walking on paved paths, not knee-deep in grass or mud, but no, people are constantly trying to create more comfortable conditions for people's enjoyment, because when people get used to comfort, they become, to put it mildly, uncomfortable.
For example, a snake is comfortable seeing food in front of it, but it only feels truly comfortable if it can swallow a fairly large fish that, visually, it can't fit into its mouth.
Cat owners find cats very comfortable; they're pleasant to pet and provide warmth when it's cold.
But cats apparently can't enjoy their own comfort and so seek out something more cozy, like a warm cast-iron hatch over a heating main.
