🌫️ Beyond First Impressions

People are quick to create stories about you from a single image.

Too serious.
Too quiet.
Too confident.
Too much.

I used to care about that.

But the older I get, the more I realize that confidence comes from no longer shrinking yourself to fit someone else’s comfort. It comes from standing in your own presence without apologizing for it.

In my profession, perception matters. As a lawyer, people analyze the way you speak, move, and carry yourself before you even say a word. Maybe that’s why I learned early how important presence can be.

But outside of work, I’m learning something even more valuable:

Not every version of me needs to be explained.

Some things are simply meant to be felt.
