Vegetable Roll Recipe:-

Ingredients:-
- Flour,
- The barb
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Raw chilli powder
- Onion sprouts
- Garlic
8.Coriander leaves - Turmeric powder
- Chili powder
- A small amount of spices
- Salt
- Garlic paste
- Eggs
- Biscuit powder
★ Preparation method:-
→ Pur made:-
First I cut the potatoes, carrots, barbati, washed them well. Then I fried them. I added a little cooked chicken with potatoes, carrots and barbati. I fried them all well together.
→Roll bread made:-
• First I took the flour in a bowl, then I mixed it with a little bit of water. Then I put the propane in the oven, took a little batter and made it round like bread.
• Then in hot condition, I folded the bread like a roll in a vertical way with the pre-made pur in the bread.
• After making everything like this, I broke 1 egg in a separate bowl. I beat the egg well. I took one of the rolls and smeared the egg well. I rolled it through the biscuit powder. That's how I made all the rolls.
• After making all the rolls, I kept them in the fridge at normal temperature for a while. Then I fried them. I took care not to burn while frying. When they became light brown in color, I picked them up and put them in tissue paper so that there would be no excess oil.
. Then I served with tomato sauce.
★Storage:
• I often make rolls. To keep them for a long time, I put them in a tray and put them in the deep freezer. After a few hours, when they are hard, I put them in a box and put them in the deep freezer. They stay good for a long time. I got fried.
