I am often get scared by this neighbor's abandoned house window but now I am not anymore bothered by it
Ever since my bedroom's window was changed (because my new house was built) and was replaced by this awning window with full tint, I am not anymore bothered by my neighbor's old open window.
It is because I had an experience in seeing a "spirit" (evil spirit that is) from my College campus building which is known to be haunted by a "White lady". That is why I am worried that someday I might see a "thing" from this abandoned house's window but I never did.
Most of its occupants had passed-away already and the other person which lives there with the departed ones is already living elsewhere. It is a contested property now because it can't be sold for the reason that the nephews and nieces of the original owners wants a piece of it if it to be sold.
If I had the money will buy it and turn it into a garden but I do not have the means now and just hope that God wills it for me to have another property and turn it into something useful like a garden where grated fruit trees and dwarf coconuts are planted so that i can be able to go there and pick a fruit or two and enjoy eating it there.
Anyway, because the sight of that window is now obscured by my new beautiful window with full tint, I am not anymore freaked out when I look out from my bed. It would be better if this house is of course demolished but unless the potential heirs of this property gets the money too do it, it will just rot right there. If it gets demolished, then I will have a better view from my room because I will be able to see the moon, the sun, stars, sky and the clouds too.

I remember you had mentioned to me about your dream of growing fruit in a garden. You told me back in 2019. Your dreams are coming closer and closer into fruition. You're closer than you think.
I became more spiritual after seeing that infamous "white lady" from our College part of the school building. That spirit (evil) is known to haunt that school building so it is not only me that saw it.
It is actually not that scary when I saw it because it is almost invisible like an incomplete nightgown passing by the corridor. I saw it while using the mirror from the boy's toilet and the mirror faces part of the corridor. It passed-by two times so after I saw it I went out and took the path where the white lady went by.
Meanwhile my classmate told me that she heard footsteps in that part of the building and she was waiting to someone to appear but nothing came or showed.
Anyway, my house is now done, we have a solar power system and water softener system too. Both my bedroom ad my parent's have airconditioning and the house now is clean and cool.
We have a terrace in front of the house and I am planning to purchase a bog pot where I can plant maybe some mulberry cuttings and maybe some Lemon or our local citrus called calamansi.
