I might purchase a higher capacity capsule maker soon because I needed to consume more Moringa powder for a better health
I had concluded to myself that the cause of my high hemoglobin levels was not from my consumption of Moringa powder but due fo the fact that my blood was acidic and is causing my body to produce its own Erythropoietin hormone and from which part of my body I don't know.
So I might soon use more Moringa powder from the dose which I am currently using so that I might get some therapeutic benefits from it. That is why my plan was to buy a bigger capsulator machine because it seems that I am getting enough Moringa powder daily.
I am referring to a bigger version of what I was currently using which will give me 1,000 mg or 1 gram of Moringa powder per capsule. I will take 20 of those in a day and see what more benefits which my body can have because I know that Moringa is a super food and will definitely do me good in terms of nutrition and antioxidants.
My diet consists mainly with a little protein and some carbohydrates like rice and bread while my vegetable servings are not that variant which is why I had the idea of using Moringa powder in order for me to avoid bein malnourished because the dialysis process takes vitamins and protein compounds as well during treatment time. In short I needed a well nourished body because my diet alone will never fulfill my needs and even if it does, the side effect of getting to much potassium will pose another problem and I can't eat much food in the first place.
I believe that Moringa powder will fulfill the gap about my need to consume vegetable because again Moringa leaves are very nutritious, it even had some protein component in it which is why it is a very good thing to incorporate it in our diets from all levels of age, even for healfhy people.
