My only pants that I kept from our old house which I don't wear anymore

I have no more sense of fashion, when I wear pants, either long or short, it will get loose and fall down my waist even if I would wear a belt. It is because of how my torso had gotten disfigured so to speak because the lower part of my rib bones is touching the upper part of my pelvis, so when I wear a belt, it essentially squeezes my lungs.
So the only way I can wear pants is to use a suspender. However it is not as easy as it sounds because I can't seem to find pant suspenders which is small or short adult suspenders for that matter. Plus if I would wear such pant support, it is not comfortable to lay around on anything as there will be something in the way between my thin back skin and the foam or mattress and eventually it is be a cause for a pain.
Now I am only wearing jogging pants or Pajamas or whatever it is called and also it will not be fit for a casual wear because I am only wearing it when I go for my dialysis, it is my dialysis treatment uniform in tandem with whatever free give-away t-short which my mother will take off from the hangers on the clothesline in my room and that will be my apparel.
It has a loose waist so my mother have to put a loop of old garters which actually doesn't help much because my pants still falls down especially when I start to walk. That is why I already had let go in buying pants and just make use of what I already own although it is easy to buy clothes now because of the online shops but definitely no more new pants for me for as long as my pants have no hole sin them, I will keep using them.
Anyway, the clothes in my cabinet in my old room had been cleared by my mother and the clothes from it are given away already and some are thrown away because they are already eaten by molds. The cabinet is a built-in cabinet in the rooms and some of the clothes got damaged because of the flooded flooring, the cabinet's door in my room cannot be opened because my bed is on the way of its door because I decided to put my bed near the door for the reason that the ceiling near the place of the room gets drips from the ceiling when it rains. I will no longer have that problem once we, God-willing, get to live to our soon to be, new house.

Hello, @cryptopie. I remember my brother some years ago when he also had his dialysis. He became thin especially his legs. He also wore jogging pants at all times because none of his pants fit him.
Do not worry everything will be alright. God is good. Take care always. God bless you.🌷🕊️
