On celebrating the spring around the world; The new light being higher in the sky, and the optimism in the human minds when coming together to be things being done!
So, there are wonderful flowers from Iran and from many other countries these days, and we are now celebrating the bright and good times from time to time when we are here, and we are loving our working place and what we get where we get it and got it when we are here. And culture and history and lovely places and traditions we are just marking when we are here.
So, Nowruz is something we are celebrating around the world when we are where we are, and we are just marking going from the winter to the spring, and many countries around the world is celebrating these things, and when the flowers of new variants are coming in the nature, we are just perceiving what is going to happen when we are here.
With roots extending back over 3,000 years to the era of Zoroastrianism, Nowruz heralds the arrival of spring and is celebrated on the day of the vernal equinox, usually March 20 or 21. And we are making large bouquets of flowers, and we are here to celebrate the life, and its positive and good perception of being when we are where we are, and we are just to operate in the life while we are here where we are.
Many flowers are about happiness, goodness and good luck. So, we are just here to be what we are when we are here. But there are cultures and history and stories about what is going to happen while we are here when we are here. So, organizations and societies are about identity and images, and we are here to mark what is going on something between everything when we are here. So, the flowers of different kinds are meaning and symbolizing: Rose - Love, passion, beauty, Lily - Purity, virtue, devotion, Daisy - Innocence, purity, new beginnings, Tulip - Perfect love, elegance. Sunflower - Adoration, loyalty. Carnation - Love, fascination. Iris - Faith, wisdom, hope. And Peony - Prosperity, good fortune, and hence many things with the flowers are about love and wisdom and hope and faith when we are here, and therefore we should encourage each other, and we are here to impress each other, and to be where we are when we are when we are operating and working where we are, and something is about what we have ever done while we are here.
So, Edgar Schein was a researcher and authory of a central contribution actos within the course field organizational psychology. Schein has had broad influence within areas as career development, organization cutlure and organization socialization, and he was good known for his contribution within leadership, organization development and understanding processes and outcomes how they are coming when being where we are.
You know, Edgar Schein was developing much engagements on career development, and there are three levels of doing things when we are here here; and things are observations, there are values, and there are underlying basic conjectures when we are as we are, and the organizations are about abilities and capabilities and values while we are here.
So, we are having the Nowruz flowers in Norway today, and these are just about how the flowers and the colors of the flowers are when we are operating in the life. Spring flower gives a secret message to see and wish a new year and new life as an endless pool of happiness, and we are in the life to celebrate and to mark on what is going on when we are here.
