A Fickle Matter

Just like most of my sketches, I found the reference for this piece on Pinterest. The drama on his face drew me in almost immediately and I started the journey that was this sketch. I did something very similar to this sometime in October and I hoped those that saw that would see this as an extension of the Old Man.

Time is fickle and youth is faint. So friends, don’t let time beat down your spirit so much so that you lose all sense of humor.

Life is for the living, so love it.
