The Partisan
I was utterly let down when I didn’t immediately see one reference of a piercing in my gallery. But when I was about giving up, I saw a digital representation of a soldier and imagined a bullet going through him 🤯, mind blowing isn’t it.
I started the sketch and implanted the bullet in front of him. As I was drawing this, The Partisan by Leonard Cohen (my favourite songwriter) came on so just like old times, I share that with you…..

Your drawing reminds me scribble style, maybe because of that shading. I liek the features of face, he looks tired and a kind of being in his thoughts
Thanks, that’s mainly what I use except on certain occasion or to create some effect. But I do it on multiple layers, I guess that’s why it sometimes is not very evident.
Yes, I can imagine often when you create more dark values then the lines will cross each other, I like how you draw, looks like easy hand lead.
