Small Power Up

So my last post was a success , kind of. It made a few dollars and that means I got a nice amount of Steem for it so I am going to power up what I got to get nearer to my 3,000 staked Steem goal.

This is what my wallet looked like when I opened it a few minutes ago:

So of course what I do now is redeem my rewards.

Does not really look so bad, so now I will power up the liquid Steem I was left with:

So now I am the owner of 2,878 staked Steem, reaching those 3,000 sure looks close. This Steem I own at this moment has a market value of $106.50. If we could get back to Steem's ATH of $8.57 I would have nearly $25,000.00 worth of Steem. This does not sound like much, but in my country I am quite sure I could live quite comfortably for two years with that money. See that is the thing with crypto, in a first world country small amounts like these are not game changers, in a third world country amounts like this can mean a big difference. So, platforms like Steem or Hive have the capacity to do a lot of good. Personbally, even though I doubt it will happen, I would very much like to see them rebound.
