Demolition And Construction Site
Earlier this month while traveling to another locality, I came across this demolition and construction area.
Initially, there was a hold up on the way towards that place and the driver decided drop us and help up take a tricycle which could go easier. I decided to take a walk past there cause even tricycles still couldn't pass easily. Only one lane was allowed for both sides.
There was a construction upfront. So, I didn't bother, had to drop by to track and pass by to pick another car. They demolished a couple of buildings, mostly shops which were close to the road with bulldozer.
A lot up people were there observing the scene while at the far end, cars were struggling to pass cause it was just a lane left for the two sides. We were told they intend to construct a flyover bridge there.

Urban redevelopment like this always creates short-term chaos with traffic and access, but the flyover idea should ease things in the long run. It even reminds me of how infrastructure changes sometimes come up in foreign investor property sourcing services uk discussions around evolving city spaces.
