Circle Light In The Sky

Last two weeks, in the early morning hour, I saw something strange up in the sky. It wasn't raining season yet but we saw something like a ring surrounding the sun with one big light at one section of the circle.

It was really strange as I haven't experienced such a thing before. I thought there were some astronauts in the space trying to make some research.
