Restoring Dignity: Gifting an Electric Wheelchair to a Scholar Forced into Begging

Today, my heart is both heavy and hopeful. I met a brother from the Sunamganj district of Sylhet, whose story deeply touched me. Despite being well-educated, life dealt him a difficult hand. Due to his physical disability and lack of resources, he was forced to beg on the streets to survive.
It was heartbreaking to see a man of his knowledge and potential struggling to move and begging for a living. For him, walking or manually moving a wheelchair was nearly impossible. I felt that he didn't need just sympathy; he needed his dignity back.
With the grace of the Almighty and the support of some kind souls, we were able to gift him an Electric Wheelchair. This is not just a vehicle for him; it is his independence. Now, he won’t have to struggle to move, and he can look forward to a life beyond begging.
I believe education and talent should never be wasted on the streets. My goal is to see him stand on his own feet mentally and socially. Please keep him in your prayers and let’s continue to support humanity together
