Hello everyone, I'm new on Steemit

Hey, this is the first community I joined, and my first post ever on Steemit. I would be thankful to anyone who could provide some good tips for a newbie. I know I can Google it, but it's not the same.

About me:
I started writing on Medium on 4th September and made good progress, but it's complicated for me to withdraw my hard-earned money since Stripe doesn't support my country. I really respect this website since it pays with Crypto.
