Punky Suidae Party, Our Fourth Marital Collab
Punky Suidae Party by Ron and Rose . 2026. Oil on canvas, 64 x 64"
Oh I love the smell of oil paints in the afternoon!
Rose and I finished this beauty last night, our fourth collaboration since December. Large, uniform, and expensive! No give aways. We’ll take cash and praise, since we deserve it as much as any couple that can stay together for as long as we have, without admitted unfaithfulness, and still desiring to be in confined spaces together. Free art is my schtick, not the missus’. Money made from sales (all six must be sold, I promise) helps toward future world travel expenses. You will need to be upper middle class to afford one. I know some painters who are able to pull off the art of the deal as well as any carnival barking U.S. President whose daddy gave him a pile of money. And they can do it with a ubiquitous still life or landscape! It’s all about the marketing.
Well, this pig-like creature with dreams, Swineffer, resides on an exoplanet orbiting the Vega star with an atmosphere bearing a high static electrical charge. Just look at the hair. It’s intelligent, incredibly clean, industrious, but most unfortunately, autogamous—sexually satisfied, but often very lonely. It needs a mate to muck in the mud with, and sometimes paint together into old age. We hope there’s a millionaire out there with a room in the McMansion reserved for light dose psilocybin parties. I know there’s some lacking in your life that’s looking for company. The world has pressed down on all of us alike. But you, rich man and woman, have money to burn. Light it up at our Punky Suidae Party!
