Cleaning the Garden Area before the rainy season

Today, I'll show you another step in clearing the garden. Although I planted avocado seedlings a few days ago, to allow for other plantings, such as chili peppers and bananas in the empty spaces, I'll choose other young plants to plant. Clearing the garden area is certainly a matter of time before the rainy season, specifically.

On 9 November 2025, I had to do it as quickly as possible. Even though I was alone, this was my place to exercise and recover from my stiff limbs and hands.

I did have to take a deep breath to do this, accompanied by the music I played on my phone. Although relaxing, my right hand continued to slash the weeds and grass beneath the surface.

In carrying out this activity, I have to be extra careful, because the turmeric that I planted previously, for my health, has shown its leaves that are an inch from the ground, so if I make a mistake in cutting with the machete, it could hit the leaves and stems of the turmeric.

I do this job in a relaxed manner, the speed of slashing is as I said, I focus on the hand part only, but in the turmeric tree area, I do the cleaning slowly, and if it looks like there are a lot of turmeric seedlings that are close together and it is impossible for me to use a machete, yes, I have to use my hands to pull out the weeds and grass,

I use my hands to pull out weeds and grass, because the first thing you, as a Steem user, need to know is:

• The turmeric has been growing for almost 3 months.
• A special type of turmeric for healing internal abdominal wounds. The turmeric parent plant is "women who have given birth, internal abdominal wounds, and digestive wounds." It's made into powder and liquid in bottles.

So, this is what made me grow this variety. Although this turmeric seems trivial to grow, just imagine: if you're sick, you have to get treatment. The costs are high, and the chances of recovery are 50-50. The illness recurs, and it never goes away. However, I've experienced it myself, and the reality is that I don't choose to buy it, but rather grow it. look here

Because, I can also help the local community or those who need it. This type of turmeric is rare. Its rarity means it must be ordered and sought after; it's not easy to buy and sell. Therefore, it's better to work together to see those around us live healthier lives together.
