Happiness is actually so simple!
Happiness is always somewhere near…
And if someone were to ask me,
I would tell them, smiling…

Look, happiness is in a child’s small hands.
In a snowflake melting from warmth.
In flowers that grow so simply,
Seeing us off with their fragrance.
Look, happiness is in a mother’s gaze.

Her eyes look with love.
We all come from childhood,
And happiness is always with you.
Happiness is given freely.

You cannot buy it with money.
You cannot fill barns with it,
And you will never forget it.
It can be unnoticed.

It can feel familiar.
It is not in things and not in people.
It is our inner warmth of the heart.

Look, do you see the sun smiling?
And its ray, reflecting,
Will enter your heart too,
Transforming inside.

Happiness is always somewhere near,
Even if you don’t see it right now.
I will wake up in the morning, smiling.
It will knock on the window.

With the dawn, with the beautiful sunrise,
It will remind you that happiness is near.
I breathe happiness, I am alive.
I see, I hear... God is near!

In prayer, I turn to Him.
In communion, I draw happiness.
I am filled with His Word,
For life is a gift! I am alive!

Before Him I bow my heart ❣️
