REVIEW:03 VINCENZO

So finally, today I’m going to give my review or you can say my opinion and point of view about a drama that I recently watched. I’m talking about Friends, which is a K-drama that was released in February 2021. The series is an intricate mix of dark comedy, intense legal battle, mafia violence, and corporate vengeance
My cousin watched it last year and kept telling me that I had to watch it. We often recommend dramas to each other. Whenever I told her what I was watching, she would suggest something for me as well. She kept saying that this drama was really entertaining, so I thought I would watch it someday.
I actually started it once and watched part of the first episode, but at that time I didn’t really understand it, so I dropped it. After that, every time we met, she would ask me, “Have you watched it yet?” and my answer was always no because I still hadn’t watched it.
Then it wasn’t just my cousin. Almost every girl I knew whether a friend or a cousin who had seen it kept telling me to watch it. Later, one of my college friends also recommended it and said it was really fun. After receiving so many recommendations, I finally decided to give it a try. I wanted to know why everyone was recommending it so much.
I had also seen a lot of reels about it, but idk why I never started watching it earlier. Anyway, when I finally did watch it, I was completely hooked. And you won’t believe it,I watched one episode on the first day, and then I finished the entire series in just two days.

The drama has 20 episodes and originally aired on Netflix. It is a Kdrama that revolves around the mafia, legal cases, and a corrupt company involved in drug related crimes.
The main character is Vincenzo, an Italian mafia consigliere and lawyer, Vincenzo comes to Korea to retrieve hidden gold from a building, but he soon gets involved in the problems surrounding it and ends up staying much longer than planned.
As the story progresses, he becomes involved in several cases, seeks justice for a murdered friend, and teams up with the daughter of his friend to take down Babel Group, a corrupt pharmaceutical company. Together, they work to expose corruption and help innocent people receive justice.
What I loved most was that the drama didn't focus too much on romance. Instead, it perfectly balanced action, comedy, crime, suspense, and drama. The residents of the building were also hilarious and added a lot of charm to the story.
The characters were entertaining, memorable, and kept me engaged throughout. After everything was resolved, Vincenzo returned to Italy, which was quite an emotional moment. A lot of exciting things happened throughout the drama, but I don't want to give any spoilers. You'll have to watch it yourself to see what happens. Before watching , I had another all time favorite drama, but this one easily took the top spot.
No matter what your taste is, I think you'll find something to enjoy because it offers a little bit of everything. I've also heard rumors about a second season, and I'm really hoping it happens.
Overall, it was absolutely worth watching, and I would definitely recommend it.
