What a great achievement to win a hair-raising world championship final against Canada. The match ends well deserved 3-1 to Finland's advantage after a very entertaining and even match between the two teams. Finland did as many were considered impossible and the achievement was completed after two goals of the sensational Marko Anttila. At the end of the game, Canada pushed for a leveling, but goalkeeper Kevin Lankinen played fantastic, he also became today's hero in the game. Finland's team with eighteen world championship debutants played as a team in the absolute highest world class today.
