Salam to all my steemian family. I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your life. My friends I am going to share a recipe of " Cold Appetizer". I hope you all would like this recipe. It is one of my favourite recipe. Today I would share the ingredients and procedure of this mouth watering recipe that is "Russian Salad"

Ingredients:

1. Mixed fruits 2 cups (Bannana, Apples, Grapes, Pinneapple)
2. Pure Creame. 1 Pack
3. Mayonese Half Cup
4. Sandwich spread Half Cup

Making:

1. Wash the fruits thoroughly and then cut into pieces.
2. Mix all the fruits in a medium size bowl.
3. Add Creame to this bowl of fruits.
4. Then add mayonese to this bowl.
5. Mix all the ingredients with spatula.
6. Add some black pepper and a little sugar, as you like.
7. Chill before you serve for better results.

I know that Cold appetizer is an appetizer dish which is used to increase the level of hunger. It is made of fresh fruits and vegetables. Meat, chicken and seafood can also be used in Cold appetizer. It looks beautiful and it has bright colors that attracts anyone. It is usually served after chilling it in refregerator.

No I faced no difficulty during making the recipe because there is no cooking in this recipe. It is No fire recipe.

This recipe is a bit costly. As dairy products are expensive as compared to vegetables.
One pack of creame is about 180 PKR equals to 2.24 Steem and
the price of fruit varies from 250 PKR that is equals to 300 PKR which is about 3.11 Steem to 3.73
