Of course, I love milk-based sweets and I often make some, especially when I have extra milk leftover or when I'm craving something sweet. So, something we find overpriced in the market can be prepared at home with fewer ingredients and for less money, and we can eat it in larger quantities for less.
So, I often make something made with milk. Milk rabdi, milk cake, rice pudding, vermicelli pudding, ice cream—all of these are made frequently in my home.

Today, among milk-based sweets, I made a milk cake, a favorite of mine and my family. This recipe is very easy to make and tastes amazing. The ingredients we need to make this milk cake are as follows:
1 kilogram of milk
250 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Chopped almonds
A pinch of yellow food coloring

First, I brought the milk to a boil in a saucepan. Then, I poured the boiled milk into the pan and began cooking it over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spoon.
When the milk began to thicken slightly, I added half a teaspoon of lemon juice. However, we must ensure that the milk does not curdle completely. We don't want to curdle the milk (meaning we don't separate the milk and the water), we just want it to become grainy.
While stirring, I continued stirring the milk, but I didn't add the lemon juice all at once. I added it little by little.

When I noticed that the milk had become grainy, I continued stirring it evenly and it was thickening. When it started to thicken, I added sugar and started stirring again. Once the water had completely evaporated and the sugar had mixed in, I had a milk dough.

I then added a little yellow food coloring to make it colorful. I applied refined oil to a plate, placed the dough in it, and then applied refined oil to my hands, and gently set it with my hands.

I then left it in the refrigerator to set for two to three hours. When I took it out after three hours, the dough was ready to be cut into pieces. I then cut it into pieces, placed chopped almonds on them, and decorated them with toothpicks.
Thus, my milk cake was ready.

No, not at all. I never had any difficulty making this recipe. The only thing is that it requires a lot of stirring and time, so that it doesn't stick to the pan. Because if you leave it for a while, it starts to get cooked very quickly, and I'm so time-constrained that I can't do anything else during that time. But I enjoy the thought that when it's finished and ready, my children and husband will be very happy. Otherwise, I don't face any difficulty in making it.

Everyone in my house loves sweets, so I don't need to look for an occasion to eat something sweet. Whenever we feel like eating something sweet, we make it. And on festivals, birthdays, when we achieve success, or even the smallest of joys, sweets are always made, so we celebrate any joy with sweets. Any joy is incomplete without sweets.
As they say, food is incomplete without sweets, and if sweets are served with the food, it adds to the taste and enhances the beauty of the plate. So whenever I have extra milk, I use it to make rabri, milk cake, or paneer (paneer), because everyone in my house loves all three. My husband, in particular, loves sweets, and I often make sweet surprises for him.
