Greetings Everyone!


I hope you all are doing accomplished. I’m veritably happy to take part in Steemit Learning Challenge Season 27 – Week 2, where the theme is each about Desserts made from Milk. This week’s content is really intriguing because milk- based desserts aren't only delicious but likewise loaded of energy, flavor, and nutrition.

Desserts are that unique part of every meal which brings felicity to everyone, no matter the era. A favored dish at the end of a meal feels like a warm clinch to the heart. There are innumerous kinds of desserts some are ignited, some stupefied, some delicate, and others fruity — but all share one thing in ordinary joy in every bite.

When we speak about desserts formed with milk, we step into a world of consolation and uproariousness. Milk gives desserts a smooth, delicate texture and a bottomless flavor. Many of our prescriptive sweets like kheer( rice pudding), ras malai, firni, custard, and sheer khurma are perfect exemplifications of how milk can be twisted into commodity magical.


My Favorite Milk Dessert Fruit Custard Trifle

Among all milk- based desserts, my cherished one is Fruit Custard Trifle. It’s various, stimulating, and so effortless to form that indeed a beginner can prepare it impeccably. Below is the drag I form it at home.

Ingredients

Full- fat Milk – 1 liter

Custard Powder – 4 scoops

Sugar – as per taste

Jelly – 1 packet

Fruits( Banana, Apple, Pineapple or Mango – any 3)

Cake pieces – small cells

Cream – 2 to 3 tablespoons( voluntary)

Nuts – for trim( voluntary)

Method Step- by- Step

1. Boil the Milk

Take one liter of milk in a pan and permit it boil. Add sugar agreeing to your flavor.

2. Prepare Custard Mixture

In a separate small bowl, dematerialize the custard powder in a little chill milk. Mix fluently to avoid clots.

3. Cook the Custard

Pour the custard admixture sluggishly into the boiling milk while swirling continually. Continue cooking on low flame until it thickens to your asked thickness. Remove from ardency and leave it cold.

4. Prepare the Jelly

Boil 400 ml of water, append the jelly bundle, and combine until evanesced. Pour it into a mould and allow it incubate fully.

5. Assemble the Trifle

Take a large bowl. Add a subcaste of cutlet cells at the bottom, also place some fruits on top. Pour the custard over it and repeat the layers as you like.

6. Decorate and Chill

First I add some small Oreo biscuits at the top than I add some dice almonds on it. After that I add mango 🥭 jelly for some interesting and unique taste and flavour, I added some raisins for some extra bits. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Now your Fruit Custard Trifle is go to serve cool — sophisticated, delicate, fruity, and absolutely succulent!


Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.

I didn’t front important difficulty while prepping it, though I had to be conservative while thickening the custard to avoid clots. The trick is to commemorate stirring continuously and not rush the proceeding.


At what occasion do you want to make your dessert.

I love making this dessert during family assemblages and Eid festivals. It adds color to the table and is appreciated by both kiddies and elders. It’s also complete for summer days because it’s served chill and feels stimulating after a meal.
