Anger:

A strong feeling of upset or annoyance, because of a bad or wrong event that happens.
Anger is an unwanted irrational or emotion that humans experience anytime, e.g For instant now you scream at your brother or you cursing someone else.

There are some advantages and disadvantages of anger, let's start with advantages.

Advantages:

  • It provides a sense of control
  • It promotes survival in most cases
  • Makes someone aware of injustice
  • And also motivate us to solve some problems.

Disadvantages

There are some problems that have been linked to unmanaged anger which include:

  • It's increased anxiety
  • Fellows with heart attack and headache
  • It's can raise your blood pressure and depression

How do you deal with anger:

  • Be slow to speak, in heat of the moment
  • Don't jump to the conclusion
  • Before you deal with any issue make sure you identify the problem issues
  • Get some exercise

Anger is health, it's human emotion but when it gets out of hand and turns destructive, it's can bring some certain problems, it can be problems in your marriage, home, relationship, etc.
So in some situations be careful about how you handle things.
