In our culture crying is a sign of weakness. Originally i doubt it should be so, just as you say. In certain situations for certain people letting go of their emotions should help in the recovery process. Ill do a little more research around this. Thanks to you.
crying being a sign of weakness is an erroneous upbringing most people around here had. We were taught to suppress everything and not look so emotional.
