Stach Short Contest #20. Valentine's Day Special: My First Valentine

So I was finally asked out by my crush three days before Valentine's day. I was so excited that I could neither read nor sleep. As the days passed, I waited for him to call me but the call never came.

On Valentine's Day, he called me to inform me that we were going out with his friends. Though I was looking forward to a date with just the both of us, I decided to go with my friends to feel more comfortable. He had promised to take us to wherever we wanted to go to and so we were exceptionally dressed for a very beautiful outing.

Hours passed and I still did not hear from him. So I finally called him when we were all ready. His friends wanted to go out at a later time and he didn't care to tell me. Finally he told me that we were going to the club very close to my school. It turned out he wanted us to entertain him and his friends. After I broke the news to my friends, I decided it wasn't worth all our efforts. So we changed our plans and went to the cinema instead.
