I wrote a poem called: It’s Who You Are.
It's Who You Are.
It’s best not to worry about the label.
That others might think to compress.
But to look around and serve as much as you are able.
The reality is we all sit here; the roundtable.
Human beings, as equal as the noblesse.
It’s best not to worry about the label.
In the end what matters are who we are, not Little John’s Fable’s.
What matters are the kindness, the gifts, the real progress.
But to look around and serve as much as you are able.
In our trials our compassionate actions may seem close to fatal.
But even then our simple act of kindness may help another in distress.
It’s best not to worry about the label.
Inspiration we find in our leadership class the books, the movies, which we are eternally grateful.
The Penpals, Caitlin and Martin, and the Ripple Effect Play which was a smashing success.
But to look around and serve as much as you are able.
The everyday little acts of kindness mean more than 3000 Gigabytes of Data.
So share with the world our greatest act that we can ever express.
It’s best not to worry about the label.
But to look around and serve as much as we are able.
