It Really Isn't About The Money, rather It Is The STEEM COMMUNITY.

When my cousin first told me about Steemit, I found it hard to believe, but then curiosity got the better of me and I decided to give it a try. I was a real newbie to the world of crypto and stuff.

Back in 2017 creating an account wasn't that much of a hustle, if I correctly remember mine got verified within less than a week. And it was free, not like nowadays where people have to I think pay to get an account verified or wait for a certain period of time.

On getting the account I was unsure of what to do with it. Yeah I could see people who were already making money from their posts, but the belief system I had back then, I would say was a tad bit misleading, I mean I always wanted to try out writing but I was too intimidated by what I didn't know that I even couldn't come up with anything to write.

That didn't change until sometimes last year when I made my first introduce yourself post.

The perception though at the time was that I could actually make some money from the platform while doing some other things, I took it as a hobby and I had all these great quotes that I wanted to share. Still, my writing sucked and I wasn't really motivated to do it until the emergence of some platform which allowed me to post content from my Instagram to my Steemit Blog.

, Of course, the extra dollars from the content was a great motivation at first, and then share2steem, just stopped functioning and I could no longer post directly from my IG to my Blog. Without a platform to directly share my content from IG sucked I will admit.

So I decided to stop with the posting for some time and really figure out what I really wanted from steemit, was it the money or the community Not that I was actually making any real money, but yeah I did get some few dollars.

Writing has always been my passion, I have Introverted Thinking, as my tertiary function, so writing allows me to better express myself rather than talking. In writing, I'm able to formulate my thought process, which is sometimes very hard while talking because of the required instant reply for the conversation to keep flowing.I'm not really bad at talking but I'm always left thinking of better ways I would have said what I did, which kinda sucks.

Even though I know I'm still a newbie at it, I love the fact that I have a platform to share my writing with, it is a really great experience and greatly helps in my becoming a better writer.
Through the platform I'm able to gain the courage of putting my content out there, learn on the many things that I can improve and generally improve.

To me steemit is the best learning platform, I get a chance to learn on how to structure my content in a better way, read other people's writings and on top of it all get some rewardin form of STEEM.

The thrill of actually putting content together and posting it for people to read is amazing, it really helps my confidence, with the upvotes or not, to me it is all a learning opportunity, with the upvotes means I simply get rewarded and when I fail to get them, means I have to up my game and really analyze on better ways to improve on my next update.

Anyway, guys here is another update, my computer was acting up and I was unable to update for the last couple days, but I'm back.
