I personally also often give punishment to students. Usually because the student does not work on the assignment given or because he is late for class. I used to not allow students who were late to enter the class. But I think that punishing in this way prevents students from getting their rights to study. I used to give penalties by standing in front of the class, but it seems like such punishment is not effective in my class. Because the convicted student looks like he is proud of the punishment given.

Remembering the message of my lecturer while studying at PGSD Unlam Banjarmasin, namely Ms. Asniati, she advised, if you want to punish students then give a punishment that educates. Then came the idea of ​​how to punish the student. That is by copying the material in the package. Starting from a few sheets to a full chapter in hopes of giving a deterrent effect and giving the impression of educating. Because I believe by writing we definitely read what we write, so students will be easier to remember the lesson (what he wrote).
