The Internship (Choose an Item like Affiliation/Research) Report entitled (Name of the Report) has been submitted to the Office of Placement & Alumni, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of (Which Subject involved like BBA/MBA/EEE), Major in ( that means which major standing or doing report) , Faculty/Institute of Department on by Name & ID. The report has been accepted and may be presented to the Internship Defense Committee for evaluation.
