As Zany and the tiny colored dragon moved together into the evening light, zany was nervous; hence it was her first time of being so close with a dragon; since the dragon was harmless, they started a conversation where Zany asked the dragon where she was coming from at the time of the night. The dragon shakes off her wet body and started growling, showing affection to Zany; at this time, she became relaxed knowing that the dragon was truly harmless.

As they continued their walk , the dragon started telling Zany the danger of where she was standing and how she would have entered into wrong hands if not her presence.

According to the dragon, when it rains like that and the city becomes lonely, anyone seen along will be a sacrificial lamb to the gods.

When zany heard that she was terrified, the dragon asked her if she understood her growling, and she nodded. Zany is conversant about the different types of animal sounds, so it was like a free flow of communication between her and the dragon.

The dragon assured Zany of her safety as long as they stayed together.

Zany welcomed the dragon home, and their evening began in ernest.

The dragon continued the story of the lonely city where strange roaming animals eat whatever they see. So her coming was to devour anything she would see in that lonely city and do a feast . But when he saw Zany ,very wet and lonely, she felt pity for her and changed her mind and came close to protect her from other dangerous animals.

Zany was happy that he could see someone who saved her from a misfortune and loneliness. She quickly prepared a rice sauce for her kind gesture and begged that she stay with her in her little room.

The dragon was happy; she had no place to call her own; they became good friends who cared for each other.

One morning the dragon became sick; Zany was angry and unhappy; she quickly entered a nearby busy to cut some herbs. When Zany finished preparing the herbs, she encouraged the dragon to drink them.

After taking the herbs, the dragon became stronger and begged Zany for her to go back to her place as she is not used to staying at a place which probably caused her to fall sick now and then. Letting the dragon go is the hardest decision to make as zany continued to care for her friend dragon.

Zany asked the dragon what she will do to make her stay with her forever, the dragon replied just let me go, that was not a good reply oh my dragon friend, because she is now used to the dragon, When Zany slept, the dragon went out and picked different flowers dropped it close to Zany and left When she woke up and realized that the dragon was nowhere to be found, she cried and wished they could stay together forever.
